Who we are
BizComply is a free resource operated by NanoLeap Automation Systems (“NanoLeap”, “we”). You can reach us at maryjane@nanoleap.co.za.
What we collect
Browsing BizComply needs no account and no personal details. The compliance calendar runs entirely in your browser — your answers are not sent to us. We only receive personal information if you choose to submit the contact form: your name, business name, contact number, email, business type and what you need help with.
How we use it
We use what you submit solely to contact you and help with the request you made. With your consent, we share it with the NanoLeap team handling your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Your consent and your rights
The contact form only submits once you tick the consent box — it is never pre-ticked. Under POPIA you may ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email maryjane@nanoleap.co.za and we'll action it.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

BizComply provides general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Always confirm your obligations with SARS, CIPC, the Department of Employment & Labour, or a registered professional.
