When are my SARS deadlines?
If you employ people, PAYE/UIF/SDL is due monthly on an EMP201 by the 7th. VAT (VAT201) is generally due by the 25th of the month after the tax period on eFiling. Provisional tax is paid twice a year, six months into the year and at year-end. Annual items include your CIPC annual return (on the incorporation anniversary) and the ITR14 (within 12 months of year-end). Always confirm exact dates with SARS.
